How many rounds of interviews for a junior engineer at state farm?
Going into my preliminary interview at state farm was just wondering if anyone else has interview for a junior role here and how many interview rounds did you do including the digital hirvue and preliminary rounds? #engineering #software #swe #statefarm
I had a hirevue, a technical and a behavioral. Then, if the team you interviewed chooses someone else, your recruiter may set you up with an interview with another internal team
Were the technical and behavioral interview combined or were they separate interviews? I have the preliminary interview pretty soon what type of questions did they ask if you dont mind me asking
I went hirevue, then one in person interview that wasn't really technical, just more of questions about your background, projects you've worked on, a time you failed, etc
