How many times have you been rejected in job interviews?
I’ve been interviewing since June this year and have failed every single phone screen and onsite interview from FANG to mid sized companies to start-ups. I used to think that I was a decent developer, but now I’m wondering if I don’t have the skill to be in this industry and need to start choosing another career path. My heart can’t handle any more rejections at this point. 3 YOE in Bay Area.
From what I've heard, you'd just have to keep reaching out to people, doing tons of mock full-loop interviews, and find meetups and online groups. It should be time of opportunities for those since you're in the Bay Area. None where I'm from.
Hey, have any of them reached back to you regarding why have you failed? Try asking them, try interview meet ups, maybe more theoretical stuff instead of leetcode to have deeper understanding and do again next year. If you stay firm where you are, means you're decent dev after all. Good luck!

Don't you still have to pass technical interviews?
When I was first looking I submitted hundreds of applications that I never heard back from. Savannah is a dry pit of garbage; zero tech anything there unless you like Gulfstream.
And what is Gulfstream (other than a water current)?
Private jets bro
What about 0? Not bragging Amazon was the first place I interviewed in college and got the job
Sorry forgot about 0:)
