How much bonus for a just promoted lv. 61?
Hi, I just got promoted from 60 to 61 on June 1st . My manager told me that I did great and I'm one of the high performers. He also mentioned that during this review I was compared with other 61s (although I just got to 61 for few days!), and he already asked HR for a 130%~150% bonus. How much should I expect? What's the bonus for 60->61 promotion in your team?
130%~150% bonus that means if you earn 100k u will get around 130k bonus? Your TC for year will be 230k? Are you sure?

There is no such thing as promotion bonus. Bonus is unrelated to promotion
Expect 130%~150% bonus!
