The range can be quite wide I believe, and tenured people are likely to have RSUs while new joiners may not. For one data point, I'm a non-tech director in HCOL and my TC is ~280-320 depending on bonus.
Thank you for these data points. Would you be able to let me know what base/target %/RSU % (I believe thatβs derived from base salary at Visa)? Totally understand some of this varies depending on performance, but just trying to compare vs current TC
