How much do recruiting coordinators make?
Asking for a friend who is expecting FTE offer from one of FAANG. What's the salary range for a person with 2-3 years experience.

RC at Amazon are hourly but can make a bit better than expected because of overtime

At Amazon. Starting will be 45-60K, hourly without stock (overtime can apply). More senior L4 changes from hourly to salaried with RSUs. Amazon uses the terms exempt and non exempt. More senior RC would be like 60K+. In really busy times, with overtime, hourly RCs can do 100K+, which can be higher than salaried would make.
