How much does a Sr/Lead/Jr UX Designers at Vanguard make with 5 YOE?
Just curious to know what is the average salary of a UX designer at Vanguard. Indeed says the average Sr UX designer makes 150k base. #design #ui/ux

I work at Vanguard rn. I have 5 YOE (hired with 3) S2 I make $135k base but with bonuses etc comes to $160k TC

What is the culture like there?
I was offered $130k TC last year for Senior if I recall correctly. I turned it down.
Adding to this since the below comment jogged my memory. Bonuses pushed it to around 160k as well.
