How much gap b/w jobs without affecting your job search?
Hi, I have recently resigned from my job due to some unavoidable circumstances. I'm now looking to prepare for interviews full time & then switch company. I'm little worried about the gap i might have on my resume without being employed & its negative effect on my job search. TC - 37 YOE - 10 My question is specific to people working in India at around 8-12 YOE How much gap is ok between jobs, so that it doesn't affect your job search ? #tech #india #adobe #switch #interview #gap #job

No one cares for gap if you have good interviews and a genuine reason. I have been taking a month or two between jobs to chill, spend time with family. Every one needs a break. If someone (HM/interviewers etc, not TA) questions too much, ignore them.
