How much is Wayfair employee discount?

There's no flat rate. Depends on the item you want. Some might not have it if they are selling it at a lower price already. Only open box items have a 50% flat off. Also, you got to use the quote tool (internal) to get the discount.
Depends on the item. Employees pay a percentage rate above cost, but each item is marked up a different amount. For example, a dresser may retail $100 but cost Wayfair $95. If the rate is 8% above cost The discount will be small (100-(95*1.08)). But a child in a closet may retail for $50k but only cost Wayfair $10k. In that case the discount will be a massive $39200
