Depends on the role and company. Systematic shops and front office roles pay more. At HRT on average it's roughly equivalent to a Yoe-3's quant's bonus.
Thank you for your comment! I think getting into front office is too hard for me, I plan to get a technical support role, like production support engineer or SRE. Will these kind of roles have bonus > 12 months salary? Or 3 months salary like backend at banks?

it depends on where you sit if you're back office/middle office IT your bonus will be ok but not exceptional if you're properly front office (i.e. you help drive PnL), your bonus can be exceptional front office = working on the desk/as close to the desk as possible, building execution and analytics tools for the desk (i.e. quantitative modelling systems, trade execution platforms, etc)
