I am considering an offer from Grab (Singapore) and cannot make any sense of the value of RSUs awarded. Grab is not a public company, so there is no stock to use for valuation. I have no idea how much their RSUs might be worth in real money. I also do not want to rely only on statements from HR, I have been burnt by trusting those previously in another company. I understand that there might be dilutions due to funding rounds, stock may never go public, yada, yada, yada... But it would really help to understand what it might be worth right now. Can anyone help? #grab #rsu #singapore
I remember it was 5 USD almost a year back.
Could be possible to estimate market valuation on P/E index being 30? How many total shares are there (TS)? Whats is the company total earning (TE)? Might not work if Grab is still not making money P = (TE / TS) * 30 wdyt?
You can check ticker AGC. It is a SPAC which Grab merged with.
Is this a done deal, I thought it was postponed?
$14.95 at this point ,could be subject to pump/dump on ipo day like any other
First rule of blind TC or GTFO
What was your offer, and yoe?
I want to compare external, so I want to know how to value one unit of RSU, not if this is a good offer for my role and yoe.
