How much salary and what level one can expect in India at 6 yoe ?
How much salary and what level one can expect in India at 6 yoe from Amazon , Google , Microsoft , Apple and similar companies ? current TC : 60 lpa (23 base + 2 bonus + 35 stocks(yearly) )
I am not liking the work now . Want to switch for a change and explore other opportunities. Also , above TC is only for year 2021 . Joining RSU will be over after that and TC for 2022 will be like 40(23 base + 2 bonus + 15 stocks)
Try switching the teams inside Adobe. Adobe wlb is too good. I hear Amazon sucks
Not even half of the US Adobe employees have 35L in stock grants.

Msft can match that I guess. Saw a couple of leetcode posts with TC more than 60lpa for ~6yoe. Google might also match 60 at L4
Also is this high TC because of rise in Adobe stocks over last 3 years?
Amazon L5 easily. 40-50 depending on interviews, competing offers
60 lakhs in India. That's huge. Considering you just have 6 years experience. Why do you want to switch.
