How quickly do you think Amazon will ramp to 25k jobs for NYC?
Do you think it’ll be 1-2k for 2019 and add a few thousand each year or large batches? What teams do you think will be in NYC?

you think they'll add 6,000+ jobs a year? no chance they move that fast. I'd say 8-10 years is more likely
