Have people been let go for coming 2 instead of 3 days for example? What about leaving office early or coming for half a day, does that count as a day in office?
3 days are required, not meeting it gets put on metrics, after extended reporting HR sends nastygrams and then you can be let go without any severance (for those with tenure). Rumor has it 5 days back is coming early 2024.
What’s extended reporting? Do you get a chance to correct it if you don’t meet it?
They do a rolling period across a set amount of time and look at how many times you missed your requirement and you are given a percentage. If you continue to miss the mark they pretty much just let you go.
As long as you tap in on your floor door, you are considered to be in the office. I don’t think you’ll be able to be in the office only 2 days without a respectable reason
Yeah, I come three days, but clock out a bit early sometimes (maybe half day) and work rest of day WFH. Is this going to cause issues?
No, I think as long you show up in the office (tap in/tap out) for 10 mins, it’s considered to be a day in the office
Just go 3 days a week man
