When interviewing with a small startup which has no reviews on Blind or Glassdoor or anywhere else, how do you go about determining how good or bad of a company it is? In my experience, hiring managers and even coworkers will lie about a position, especially if it's bad and you joining the company will provide them with some relief. Some things I am trying to evaluate: 1. Work-life balance 2. Job Security 3. Job environment / intensity 4. Career progression in the company
