Just looking for help on making a career move. I've been in backend web services for 5 years (my career) and I'm a SDE 2. I want to get good at front end so I can make full stack apps on my own. I am basically SDE 1 level of Angular dev. I'm wondering how I can either take the hit and be an SDE 1 frontend dev (internal transfer?) or go about making the move externally. I am 2 months in at Microsoft so I feel in facing 16 more months of backend before I can really make any changes. Any tips appreciated TC 220

Just do React, a couple of projects at weekend like instagram clone and personal portfolio, will make you set
Angular is better to learn because it’s alot easier transfer over to react from angular than vice versa. Not only that but it also teaches you the best practices IMO.
