How to crack MS or Amazon interview?Any tips? Are Job postings in UBER career portal real?

Leetcode for both. Specifically for amazon read up on the leadership principles and come up with anecdotal stories where you showed signs of those principles.
MS/Amazon: practice leetcode medium. Specially practice writing code on paper. Amazon: Create short stories as example of LPs. Make sure you ask all possible clarification questions to understand functional/non-functional requirements

Thanks all for your responses . Leetcode is mandatory for all kind positions? Say I am from Data engineer BG and how I need to prepare to crack interview relevant to my coding skills ( I do code in SQL all the time and now I must learn .net too?)
Well not sure why you would need to know .net that's a framework and not a programing language. I think the point of the LC type of interviews are so you don't have to know the ins and out of .net, rails, or spring or whatever framework just generic programming as frameworks come and go.
