Aah sweet summer child. I am really sorry about it. You need to leave unless you absolutely have video proof and support and witnesses in your team. Note: not saying you shouldnt; just saying that without a strong history and/or multiple previous complaints and/or witnesses wiling to testify on your behalf, there isnt really a good path forward for you.

Collect evidence first. Quite important. Remember HR isn’t your friend. If need be, contact a lawyer

I don’t think being anonymous at this point affects anyone at Amazon. HR is so overloaded with complaints so anonymous or not doesn’t matter. And if you really want this to matter then don’t be anonymous. Go with proof and data and complain.

Write a blog starting with "reflecting on a very very strange year at Amazon" with an offer on your hand

They're not going to investigate an anonymous complaint. HR will keep your identity confidential, and yes they will investigate, but they aren't going to take your complaint seriously unless you're willing to sit down face to face with HR and go over what happened.

HR is not your friend. They are there to protect the company, not you. Speak with counsel.

Some research on your state’s employment harassment board might be cheap knowledge before seeking assistance from an attorney
