How to find a cofounder?
Hey blind, I am thinking of leaving Uber to build a company from the ground up. Apart from founding a company myself or tapping into my network, are there alternative ways to find pre-seed or seed startup in need of a technical cofounder? Ideally would want meaningful equity (10-50%). Seems like maybe there are feeder programs or talent programs at VC companies that pair ambitious engineers with teams in need? I’m a software engineer with 8 years experience TC: 400k

Maybe reddit or meet ups or something? I found cofounders in the past through mutual friends... Business got put to the side for work but still friends
Make friends with an ex or soon to be ex investment banker, let them do all the business while you focus on the tech
