How to find out if you’re a hire to fire target?
I’m interviewing with a hiring manager at a company that puts 10-15% of its team on pip. What are some questions I can ask the hiring manager to determine if this is a good team to join, or will I be a hire to fire target? #engineering #software #swe

Get the f out of there. I think the 10-15% makes sense for a year or two at a bloated company but afterwards it's garbage. Find a real place to work
