How to get I-94 updated for an H4 holder with H1B's approval notice.
Mostly looking for personal experiences from people who did it and how they did it. H4 holder's visa stamp, I-94 and EAD set to expire on 10th Feb 2024. I am looking for getting H4 holder's I-94 updated once H1B holder's I-797 approval comes through with a future date. What are my options to get this done? Apply H4 extension via attorney (or) go for H4 stamping to India or Canada based on the H1 approval
H4 extension is already pending. So go to Canada and come back and show CBP officer new I-797 and hope the officer gives new I-94 date?
