Any idea how does companies hire leadrship position like CEO, CTO, Head of any Department etc. Advice from any experienced recruit would be really helpful. I am working on a blog for this topic.

Are you asking how an executive head hunter does it or how someone who owns a company who wants to hire someone else to be CEO does it? Because for the latter they use executive head hunters.
