You can find lot of content online. But my suggestion for you is to join some internal/external groups where you can speak to people beyond your team.
Look up communication for consultants, it applies to pretty much any technical advisory role like SWEs
If you can, write down the key points you want to get across. Go over it, cut off the fluff and repeat
Going through the same thing. First get a person you can trust on: A friend/coworker/Mentor. The closer they are to your worklife the better and same thing goes for seniority, more senoir the better. Tell them your exact issues, sometimes just saying out loud helps. Start working on courses after that and keep talking to that person about your progress. I found LinkedIn Learning courses useful. But also feel In the begining of the journey pretty much any and every course helps a little, and you gradually create your own filter on courses and figure out what direction you need to learn in.
