I exercised my vested stock options several years ago when I left the company. Later the company raised the series C and then D funding. Now I am wondering if I have the right to access the latest valuation info as a share holder? If it is possible, how do I access it? Should I contact the HR probably?
I don't think they're legally obliged to disclose that to you. They would be, however, when you exercise the options since you'd need to figure out your tax liability at that event. That's just me guessing anyways.
