How to leave Adobe?
I'm working as a SW engineer in a team that is known for high politicts and recently they have fired a Sr data scientist because he reached out to our VP (complaining about his manager who doesn't have technical knowledge and cooked the results for his project). I didn't know about all this polluted political environment a year ago when I joined Adobe. I have 260k unvested stock. I probably can't change my team because higher management are blocking this. What is your advice? Should I leave Adobe? Or should I stay longer? #adobe TC 180k base 260k stock 7 yo Bay Area

There's usually more to the story. Dont assume the fired employee's version. Quite frankly lot of places have non technical managers. Just have to find a way to communicate better.
You should be easily be able to switch and get same comp matched, may be even higher from other companies. Why not try that?
