2 is very dangerous, would never do it. Recruiters have their own nexus. And unethical too. Working on 3, have a few processes in pipeline
When a recruiter quotes a lowball like this , how much leverage do they have at their disposal without the need to go back to the Comp committee ? What I mean is - how much can they negotiate on their own typically ? Is it 10-20% ? More on the RSU side or on the base side too ?
