Tell me what happens, from start to finish, when a user types in www.whatever.com into the browser and clicks go. DNS resolution through website displayed on the screen. What does the full DNS resolution process look like? Assume nothing is cached. How is TLS negotiated between a client and server? Figure out the answers to those questions and you'll be in good shape.
What about non-web traffic? 😉
Never heard of a non-web traffic question for an interview here. I'm sure it may happen, but I've never personally heard one or asked myself
