How to prepare for Microsoft L62/63

I am currently working for Nvidia as a systems programmer. Have ~6 yoe experience in Linux kernel and device driver development. I would like to apply to Microsoft. What level should I target? What's expected in interviews? How to prepare for Microsoft interviews? TC: ~45LPA
