I’m moving out of the Bay Area and thinking selling the place next Spring. I’m wondering how can I find a renter who will look for only 6-9 months rental without furnitures? It’s a single family house with 3 bed 2 bath. It’s close to Nvidia Santa Clara campus. I’m wondering if there is a internal group in Nvidia where I can post such rental information. Welcome any suggestion.
6-9 months is a challenging requirement. I would partner with a property management company and consider holding the property for at least 12 months. Short term renters that you acquire for cheap will do more harm to the place than you realize. A property management company will vet the applicants and deal with all their bullshit. Their fee is worth it. Basically comes out to $80 a month per unit for my properties in Denver. Then if you want to sell in a year do it. Otherwise enjoy that sweet passive income.
Too bad mine ( most of Bay Area houses) doesn’t generate positive income from rental. Thanks for the input though.
I am looking for a similar property to rent for 6-9 months. DMed you.
Thanks. Responded you. Please take a look.
Make it a crash pad with cheap rents and lots of bed and cheap/free furniture from craigslist or similar. Call it an hacker house and you're good to go lol
I will be out of state so Airbnb like short term rental probably won’t work.
