How to start a start up

I'm building a blockchain AI learning algorithm to achieve the "impossible" based on user investment calculations paired with neural network "pre" interpretations with predicted consequence correcting behavor, but need more users to "learn". It has already made me 10k European Deuschemarks over the last 2 months, and expected to earn over 1 bagillion EDM within a few years. I'm sure I could just wait longer, but how would I go about getting funded to speed things up? TC: 10(2 × 30 x 180 x 6) +2/yr
