How to tell recruiter about the career gap after amazon
I was put on focus weeks ago, don't want to fight against it and decide to take some break (probably a few months) after I leave amazon. 1. For recruiters and managers, is it a red flag to have gap between jobs? 2. Nope all good. Companies, at least in the US, just confirm employment dates, not the reason for separation. You can even say you left the voluntarily as you wanted to explore life. Just take career break and see the world. Even if you say layoff that should be fine too based on current job market.
