How’s The Trade Desk for Entry Level
I recently got an intern offer from The Trade Desk that I’m considering taking. There isn’t much out there about the company but from what I’ve researched the work seems pretty interesting. I just wanted to know your guy’s thoughts about the company, it’s culture, and whether it’s a good place to start my career. I’m also curious in how competitive the pay is for new grad position relative to other big companies, as securing a return offer is my biggest priority.#thetradedesk
I interviewed there but didn’t get an offer. I got a used car salesman vibe from them but that might have just been that particular recruiter.

The internship program of ttd is great, but they really have a high bar for a return offer, at least for me
Do you know what the TC was for return offer full time? Is it worth the risk? cuz I have a safer option rn that’s around 140kTC

Trade Desk is a great place to start your career.
Any specific reasons as to why?
It’s a good transition from college to the real world. They’ll feed you, remember your birthday, send you branded swag, pay you well, and teach you to succeed within the environment.
