Hey folks, Received an offer to join Autodesk, so I was wondering how’s everything going there? Are layoffs possible? How’s Data Engineering at Autodesk? Thanks! TC 0
Autodesk is very safe, TC is lower than comparable tech companies but the benefits are fantastic and they've doubled down on WFH. Autodesk is very safe from layoffs since they didn't overhire during the pandemic
Autodesk in the past few years has almost predictable layoffs and redeployments season. They also have small ones called silent RIFs. Every November to March is Hunger Games with people fearing reorgs, redeployments and layoffs (RIF).
Interesting! Makes sense and lined up this year
Can you please elaborate on the “benefits”? I’ve read a lot of reviews that talked about the perks and benefits being amazing I’m just curious 😀
Im expecting an offer too as DE , can we connect?
Sure!
