How's life at HashiCorp as a Solutions Architect?

Looking at the opening/JD for Solutions Architect Specialist role at HashiCorp and it looks good to me. Would love to know more about the specifics about the job, WLB, perks/benefits (other than remote), management, career growth, etc. Currently into DevOps consultancy at AWS and exploring HashiCorp products (Terraform, Vault, etc.) could be beneficial from a multi-cloud perspective.
