Hey all, I know Pivotal had very mixed feedback due to a hate it or love it pair programming style but I was wondering from people who work/worked there how it is nowadays. Thanks!

I do it all the time at work. It's draining and it's hard to have an individual impact when you constantly have to work alongside someone. I think it's so inefficient
