At Walmart Sunnyvale principal engineer (level 6) can have a max base of 230 or so. Bonus 25% rsu around 100k per year.
For Walmart.com in bay area though, a director makes 225k base plus 175k in stocks and bonus
Stock is spread across 4 years, with a refresher every year.
