Hows rally health from career growth and wlb perspective? Yoe 8
WLB: this is gonna depend a little on which project/team you are assigned to. I have had zero issues. People work generally when they want and there is zero expectation that someone works beyond a “normal” amount of hours. Vacations/time out of office are always respected and there’s no expectation to communicate with anyone about work in that time. Career growth: kind of depends what you’re looking for. As they have grown, they have become more structured as far as career advancement and if you are an engineer, there are clear guidelines on how to advance. But “growth” is subjective I guess. If you have a pending offer and have questions, I would ask recruiting to put you in touch with a manager and you can ask anything you want. They are always willing to do that.
I am asking from growtg from learning perspectives,, do we get chance to learn more technologies which are really useful in market and after few years if we look outside, we should be upti that market level
The answer to that is definitely yes. I have learned more at Rally than anywhere else I have worked.
