How's the Alexa Data Services team in Amazon?
So, I joined Amazon as an SDE in the Alexa Data Services org. I was wondering if any of you folks have any idea about how the team is? Like quality of work and stuff? TC: 33.25 LPA (India)

I am so sorry but I gotta be brutally honest here. Just remember ADS doesn't represent Amazon's culture. There are far better teams out there. May the force be with you.
Can you name some of those teams? Need to know.
Literally any team is better than ADS. I would recommend you spend some time to realize what you want from your team - work life balance, ambiguous space, preplanned scope and project etc. Once you realize what you want, you can easily find such a team at Amazon.
