How’s the Company Morale at Stripe?
Curious to know how company morale has been? I recall a lot of employees weee upset when the layoffs took place last year, then the initiative to push for IPO or sell private before year end was communicated, and now trying to raise funds to cover taxes as well as expiring RSUs. Asking for a friend who may be interested in joining Stripe. #Stripe #Tech

You’ll mostly find people that want to get laid off with a fat severance package in this app. Things are going well. I’m in an org that’s healthy, I like my teammates and we have an exciting roadmap ahead. Sadly we don’t have any headcount open. Neither myself nor my direct teammates are thinking of leaving.
