Interested in transitioning to openings at Adobe. Always been a fan of the products and lately there is an influx of opportunities . Would love to know how intense the interview process is, what career progression usually looks like (do they promote from within), and how’s it really working as an employee (do you actually feel valued)?
It's hella toxic, save your ass
Team dependent? Is the unlimited PTO bullshit? Does the company have a stance on global work days?
Do you want screenshots of the internal Blind?
You won’t find Adobe here in Nairobi
Adobe is hell on earth... No one should work here.. Like many, i was also laid off wiyhout proper severance in an year. I was threatened not to speak about it outside.. Adobe is throwing employess out like hell ... Managers are given target to fire ppl not to deliver ...
Can you elaborate on what you mean by threatened not to speak about it outside? Did they say anything specifically or did you mean as per severance terms?
I was told by erc that " i will face serious consequences if i speak about pip or layoff outside or in any social media".... Her voice and body language was very arrogant... I didnot replied anything as my fnf and exp letter were still pending with them...
Geeesh …. Is this the same vibe on the frame.io team?
Adobe work culture has become extremely toxic in many orgs and they have been doing silent layoffs. Please don't join and thank us later.
Avoid Adobe at all costs. It’s a Asian / Indian sweat shop
Horrible. Layoffs of employees who have been with the company for years, without severance. It's in the news https://www.cbsnews.com/news/companies-are-now-quiet-cutting-employees/
What is senior at Adobe? L4 at google?
