Hubspot - Manager of Product offer in Europe
Thoughts on a move to Hubspot from Workday? More of the same kind of company or any benefit in this move? Bit of an increase in TC with this offer but I am being told there are no automatic refreshers in Hubspot. So this offer could balance out in years 2-3 with refreshers in Workday? Anyone worked at Hubspot and got any insight on the company and refreshers?

Is that 75k per year of equity? As in 300k over 4 years?
Yes I think it's over 4 years. I did read in some places that it was over 3 years but think that's the US? Waiting for confirmation on this from the recruiter.
A ok so it's like 20k roughly per year by the sounds of it.
