Hulu vs Amazon

I am debating. currently at Amazon. I was wondering if the switch is worth it. The only thing i care about is the culture and wlb right now. If i make the switch do you think i would enjoy my life more. I am not a super duper hard worker. kind of just wanna find a place where i can coast by.
