Layoffs are happening in Google. Better have a call with the hiring manager I would say and the recruiter before going. They could rescind your offer as well so check with your current manager and employer as well. Better be safe than sorry.

Does Fitbit generate income? I would be weary of going there. Genuinely curious if it is used much anymore?
Google launched the pixel watch, which I'm guessing uses a lot of same tech from Fitbit
