I-140 Withdrawal
Will Mindtree Ltd withdraw your approved I-140 if you quit in 2 weeks after i-140 approval?

The rule is 180 days (approx 6 months), and you will either need a new job offer or a new I-140 to keep your priority date. Does not apply if due to fraud, misrepresentation, etc

According to Frago: Companies typically don’t withdraw I140 because it looks bad for them for future petitions. They have no incentive except when it’s a small company as there is a quota for how many pending GC processes a company can have in relation to company size or revenue IIRC. And yes 180d is the legal cutoff.

In short yes, they can. But as per Jan 2017 rule if you leave after 6 months of receiving I-140 they cannot. Check with a lawyer to be sure

Yes this is true. But i know big corp companies like Microsoft, Amazon will not withdraw approved I-140 even if you quit before completing 180 days. Just wanted to know does Mindtree Ltd revokes it or not if you quit before 180 days.
