Hi everyone, I'm the founder of a venture-backed startup, and it’s not going as planned. As a result, I'm actively seeking a job as a product manager. I have my website with portfolios, got an ex-Meta recruiter to review my resume, and have been applying for three months now, but no luck. While I'm open to working in a startup, my preference is to join larger tech companies like Google, Meta, or any with 1000+ employees. In a new approach, I've built a simple AI assistant, trained on my resume and projects. Recruiters can chat with it to learn more about my background and, hopefully, see that I have a solid grasp of the basics needed to build a usable product. The AI assistant isn't basic; I used tools for API calls, optimized token consumption, and fine-tuned temperature to make it cost-effective. I organized the logic structure to rely on either LLM or the knowledge base. While not groundbreaking, it's my way of showing I can execute ideas swiftly. My product experience spans Fintech, HRtech, workflow management, and logistics. I'd appreciate it if anyone working in big tech, especially those hiring for product managers, could offer a referral. Feedback would also be highly valued.#tech #product
