I use Pramp and 80% of the time I find myself just tutoring the other person because they don’t have a grasp on the fundamentals or just can’t come up with a working solution altogether. There are a few behavioral mistakes people make like immediately jumping into coding, trying to create an optimal solution before even understanding a brute force idea, being too quiet, not asking any follow up questions, being too nervous and losing 20 IQ points. I don’t think you’d need a tutor considering your YOE and you just have to start with Easy leetcode questions and progress from there.
Read the CS fundamentals or enroll in Coursera I like the course from Princeton. Once you complete it buy EPI and start doing problems from it. Later on you can move to leetcode. I’m doing the same for myself. Btw are you planning to move out from Atlanta. TC 180 is very good there.
Yeah TC is awesome. I work like 1 hr a day but bored like shit
