I am rageful today, how do I calm down

I can't explain anything more but I'm overburdened with work and household duties. I'm raging the whole day and have no break from this feeling. I want to break things, Cry, scream and throw things out of the window all at the same time. Any tips on how to calm down. Edit: thanks for very helpful responses. Going to go for a run.

Go workout

Allow yourself a release of tension. Go for a run, or go lift some weights, or just hit a pillow and let it out at home. This is ok! We're all just human. Then see if you can prioritize things. Not everything at work and at home needs to be done urgently. For which pieces can you say "look, it's ok if this gets done tomorrow, or next week?" Wishing you the best

When I'm feeling that way I go for a run and cry a little, or I get really angry and lift heavy weights

This definitely helps. I would only add to sleep enough to recover properly.
