I am the dumbest one in Google
I have worked at different companies and have 6 yoe with Berkeley degree For some reason, whenever I talk system designs in Google, I do not know what the heck they are talking about. I have been at Google for a year and delivered many critical stuff. But when scoped out and talking about the forest instead of the trees, I feel very lost Maybe it stems from not understanding the internal systems but this feels like I am really incapable. Sad af

It's not you, it's poor communication and documentation. If you'd have built it, then you would understand it.

Read more dude. Read higher level, design stuff, and become familiar with it. Then practice.
Read more and ask n00b questions in private to folks you trust
If you really think about why you jump a few companies you know that’s an issue being a hopper
That’s most people everywhere in this industry. You’re doing better than most considering you’re surviving at google
