I didn't get asked a single coding question in a Senior Software Engineer loop with Adobe

Is this normal??? TC: 210, L63

Could be a flag. Did you mess up in any other areas?

Microsoft nOtP43 OP Jan 12, 2021

Everyone just asked me about my experiences and what's on my resume - I think it's pretty hard to mess that up. I went straight to the loop with no phone interview

Hmm, could be a flag the other way. Haha. Remember, you’re interviewing them as well. Bring it up at the appropriate point. You risk taking a job where others were not properly vetted; thus, making your life very difficult.

Was it just for the phone screen or for the full loop?

Microsoft nOtP43 OP Jan 12, 2021

Full loop - 5, 45 minute interviews

As best I know Adobe doesn’t really have centralized hiring like google so every team basically makes up their own process. It can sometimes be disorganized, possible that every member of hiring committee thought someone else would ask you a coding question. I have had to standardize hiring on my team to make sure we cover all areas

Do you know if you got the offer ? What was covered in the other interview rounds ?

Microsoft nOtP43 OP Jan 12, 2021

I don't know yet, will report back when I find out.

No offer... What a waste of time

Maybe the tech screen was sufficient
