I don’t know what to do with my life... Advice appreciated

Let’s say that I consider myself successful. But lately I’m worried about my carrer and financial future. Job at SAP is decent but I don’t see growth possibilities unless I start talking the same shit that leadership talks. I’m not that guy. Launched a couple projects on my own: they were not financially great. Been rejected at Amazon, Google (3 times, google recruitment process sucks big time) and Microsoft. Not much of FANG here in Germany. I’m fairly skilled with 10+ years experience. And well versed in Communication, Design, Development, Project and Product management. Also a Design Thinking Coach that can coach internal and external -with customers- DT Sessions. Experience building digital products for Pharmaceutical, Hospitality, E-Commerce, Enterprise, FinTech and Publishing. I’ll appreciate some direction here of where should I direct my effort next. My ideal situation would be use my experience to build and launch new digital products. But for that I need financial freedom/resources. I’m not the guy that will do the funding dance either. What would you do with my experience and in my situation? Side note: have wife and 2 kids, don’t want to leave Germany/Europe. PS 1: Have also a list of ideas I want to launch. But again, financial freedom is not there yet.
