I love Fidelity and their customer service is top tier. My entire stock portfolio is in Fidelity. But as great as Fidelity is I still sometimes get jealous of Robinhood's sleek UI/UX. Fidelity's app is kinda shit in comparison. If one day they can make a modern frontend experience it would be the perfect investment platform in my eyes.
i use yahoo finance for tracking stocks. Just go to fidelity when i wanna do a trade
The beta is pretty good
I dream of the day where Robin Hood is as legitimate as fidelity
Wow. I was just on the phone with customer support today to figure out the cost basis of stocks I moved over to Fidelity. The app sucks so bad.
If you're a day trader, I suggest looking at Ameritrade. While still not as sleek as Robinhood, they have functions that very few trading platforms have. Fidelity is great if you're a buy-n-hold or occasional options trader.
easy! Just write a website scraper and put your own UI over it
Bad UX should help you hold. Day trading is literally for losers
Oh gosh, please no! Robinhood UX is abhorrent. I love Fidelity UI. Everything is structured and easy to find.
Well, i prefer Webull UI. HOOD is trash
Fidelity isn't for sleek experience.
Every product ever should aim to have a sleek experience. It's not mutually exclusive with having sophisticated trading tools and features.
In that case the beta or some version of that app is close to sleek
